Overview
Nepal's most rewarding off-the-beaten-path circuit. Circle the world's eighth-highest mountain (8,163m) through remote Gurung and Tibetan villages, crossing Larkya La Pass (5,160m). Restricted area permit required — only serious trekkers need apply. Pristine trails and a fraction of the crowds of the Annapurna or Everest circuits.

Off-the-beaten-path excellence — absolutely zero crowds
We purposely chose Manaslu over Annapurna Circuit to avoid crowds. It was the right decision. The Larkya La crossing was hard work but deeply rewarding. Villages feel completely untouched by mass tourism. Guide Mohammed was meticulous about acclimatization and safety. Summit Seekers Nepal organised the restricted permits efficiently with zero stress.
